Man Arrested Over Alleged Sexual Abuse of Neighbour’s Koi Fish

A 51-year-old man, identified as Sutthichai Boonlert, has been arrested in Bangkok, Thailand, after he was allegedly caught on CCTV engaging in a sexual act involving his neighbour’s koi fish.
The incident reportedly occurred on September 7, 2026, in a quiet neighbourhood in Bangkok.
CCTV footage allegedly showed Boonlert entering his neighbour Bobby Anong’s fish pond and having inappropriate contact with one of the koi fish.
According to reports, Police arrested the suspect after the footage was reviewed. During questioning, he allegedly admitted to the act and reportedly told investigators that he had previously committed a similar act involving a pregnant dog.
The disturbing case has drawn attention to the need for greater awareness and protection of animals from abuse.
